Growvio is a membership-based online community platform providing educational content, community features, events, tools, and resources for business owners and entrepreneurs. Access to certain features may require a paid subscription.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

All courses, lessons, templates, tools, and materials provided through the Service are the intellectual property of Growvio. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for personal and business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Content you post in community areas (posts, comments) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and use it within the Service.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as indicated at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Educational content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional business, legal, financial, or tax advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growvio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
